- What is required to get my property on your schedule?

A: We require a ten (10) photo minimum deposit of $200 paid beforehand.
- How long is the typical wait to get on the schedule?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks out, however, we are often flexible.
- What is your average turnaround time for my photos to get back to me?

While some companies take as much as (6) six weeks, our average turnaround time is 48-72 hours.
- Do I need to be present during my scheduled photo session?

In short, the answer is no. Christine does 99% of all of her real estate photography work by herself. She prefers a "no distractions" environment in order to do her best work and provide best images possible. Special care is always taken to make sure your property is exactly how it was found when she arrives.
- Do you do any aerial photos or drone work?

Yes, we do drone photos. If requested, we do require purchase of at least one shot at $50 each.
- What if the weather is bad on my scheduled date?

Flexibility is the name of the game with real estate photos. If its raining, very overcast or the weather is just not good, we will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible. We want your photos to be as beautiful as you hope for, which means shooting on a day where we have a pretty sky.
- Are my photos ready for my rental website upon purchase?

Yes! Christine’s photos are fully polished and magazine quality optimized for websites such as VRBO and AirBnB. If you have a specific size you need your photos to be for your listing, please let us know ahead of time.
- Do you create 360 virtual tours of properties?

We do not do 360 tours as we feel that important details can be missed and high quality photographs, statistically, are preferred by consumers. However, we do offer video tours with music and subtitles for an extra fee.
